Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing or using The Nutrition Playbook services. By accessing our website or enrolling in any program, you agree to be bound by these terms.
The Nutrition Playbook is an online nutrition coaching and education program operated by Ryan Cooper ("the Coach"). The program includes access to a digital app, roadmap, community hub, and (depending on your plan) personalised meal plans and 1-on-1 coaching support.
By enrolling, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and are legally capable of entering into a binding contract. Our services are not suitable for individuals with serious medical conditions without prior clearance from a qualified healthcare professional.
You may cancel your subscription at any time after completing your minimum 8-week commitment by contacting us at ryan@thenutritionplaybook.org. Cancellations must be requested at least 7 days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following week. No refunds are issued for partial weeks.
Upon joining, you will receive access to program materials as outlined for your selected plan. Access is granted to the individual purchaser only and is non-transferable. Sharing login credentials or program content with others is strictly prohibited.
Results vary between individuals and depend on effort, consistency, and individual health factors. Any testimonials or transformations shown on our website represent real client results but are not a guarantee that you will achieve the same outcome. We do not make any specific weight loss or body composition guarantees.
All content provided as part of The Nutrition Playbook — including meal plans, training resources, app content, videos, and written materials — is the intellectual property of The Nutrition Playbook. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any program materials without express written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Nutrition Playbook and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability in any circumstance will not exceed the total amount you have paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
