We stand behind The Nutrition Playbook and are confident in the results it delivers when the program is followed. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
All plans (Core and Elite) require a minimum 8-week commitment. By enrolling, you agree to be charged on a weekly basis for a minimum of 8 weeks from your start date.
If you're not happy for any reason, simply reach out and ask for your money back. No hoops to jump through, no lengthy explanations required. We'll process a full refund of all payments made.
Email us at ryan@thenutritionplaybook.org with your name and the email address used to purchase and we'll take care of it within 2 business days. Refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
After your 8-week minimum period, you may cancel at any time by emailing us at least 7 days before your next billing date. Cancellations received after this window will take effect from the following billing cycle. No partial-week refunds are issued.
For Elite members, personalised meal plans and coaching sessions that have already been delivered are non-refundable, as significant time and resources have been committed to preparing them specifically for you.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986 (New Zealand). If you believe our service has a major failure, you may be entitled to a remedy under applicable consumer law.
