On the Elite program, you'll be prescribed 4x 1 day meal plans specific to your goal. You can swap meals out or ask for different meals if required. A one day meal plan consists of breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks, and can be modified. The program is all about food freedom — nothing is off limits. On the Core program, personalised meal plans are not included, however you will receive personalised calorie targets and access to example meal plans to reference.
